Accessibility statement
How TruePlinth is built so everyone can use it, where it still falls short, and how to ask for help or report a problem.
Last changed October 22, 2026
Our commitment
TruePlinth, the website and the app, is built to be usable by everyone, including people who use a keyboard instead of a mouse, a screen reader, magnification or other assistive technology. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, which includes what Israeli Standard 5568 requires.
What we've done
- Every page and control can be reached and used with the keyboard, with a visible focus.
- Buttons, fields and pictures have names that screen readers read out; errors in a form say what's wrong next to the field.
- Text and controls meet the contrast the guidelines ask for. The pages work zoomed in, down to a screen 320 pixels wide (as at 400% zoom) without scrolling sideways; wide tables scroll in a box of their own.
- Each page has one main heading, its headings in order and its parts marked as landmarks, so a screen reader can move through it.
- Motion is kept to what's needed, and stops when the device asks for reduced motion.
- In the editor, every cabinet can also be chosen and changed in the list view, by typing its sizes instead of dragging.
- Every page and screen is checked automatically for accessibility on every change we make, and the main tasks are checked with the keyboard. In October 2026 we went through the website, signing up, paying and the app by keyboard and with these checks, and fixed what we found.
Where it still falls short
- The 3D view is a picture: its ready-made views and the doors are buttons, and what it shows is also in the plan, the list view and the cabinet schedule.
- Drawings are pictures of lines and dimensions; the sizes they show are also in the cabinet schedule and the parts lists.
- PDFs made with the browser's print may not be fully readable by screen readers; the same content is on the page itself.
- The legal pages, this one too, are in English for now; the interface itself is in English, Hebrew, Russian and Arabic, Hebrew and Arabic laid out right to left.
If something here stops you from using TruePlinth, tell us and we'll help you get it done another way.
