Terms of use

The agreement between you and TruePlinth when you use the kitchen planner: accounts, plans and payments, your designs, and our responsibilities.

Last changed October 20, 2026

About these terms

TruePlinth (“TruePlinth”, “we”, “us”) is a kitchen planner that runs in the browser. These terms apply to everyone who uses it: kitchen businesses and the people who work for them, homeowners planning their own kitchen, and clients who open a link a business sends them.

By using TruePlinth you agree to these terms, to the privacy policy and, if you pay, to the refund policy. If you use it for a business, you agree on the business's behalf and confirm you may do so.

Accounts

  • Business accounts are opened by us after a demo. The business's owner and admins can add people within the plan's seats; each person gets a username and a role.
  • Homeowners can design on their own device without an account. An account keeps designs online and is needed to unlock a kitchen's pack.
  • Keep your password to yourself. An account is for one person; one person may be signed in on a limited number of devices at once, and the oldest is signed out when that number is passed.
  • Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

Using TruePlinth fairly

Don't use TruePlinth to break the law or anyone's rights, to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, to overload or attack the service, or to copy the software, its catalog or its designs to build a competing product. We may suspend an account that does, and tell you why.

Plans, prices and payment

  • Businesses pay monthly for a plan; each plan's features and seats are on the pricing page. A trial, if offered, ends on the date shown in the account.
  • Homeowners design for free and pay once to unlock one kitchen's drawings, carpenter pack and 3D link, with 90 days of changes from the payment.
  • Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record: it charges the card, adds the tax due where you live, and sends the receipt or invoice. Paddle's own terms apply to the payment.
  • Prices may change. A change applies from the next period after we tell you, never to a period already paid.

When a business's license ends

A business's license runs to the date it's paid until. After it, the account keeps working for a few days of grace with a reminder; then it is read only for 30 days, so everything can still be opened, printed and downloaded; then it is put on hold. We don't delete a business's data on our own: it is removed when the business asks, or after the retention period in the privacy policy.

Your designs and your data

  • Your designs, quotes, price lists and the details of your clients are yours. You give us the right to store, process and show them only to run TruePlinth for you.
  • A business is responsible for having the right to keep its clients' details in TruePlinth; for those details we act on the business's behalf.
  • You can download every design as a file at any time.

Plans, measurements and building

TruePlinth helps you plan and checks what it can, but it can't see the room. Measure on site before ordering or cutting, follow each appliance's installation sheet, and have the work done by qualified people. The checks, prices and lists the app gives are a help, not a guarantee: the business or homeowner who orders and builds is responsible for what is built.

Our software

TruePlinth, its software, catalog, texts and look belong to us or to those who license them to us. These terms let you use them while your account is open; they don't give you any other right in them.

The service

We work to keep TruePlinth running, backed up and secure, and we may improve or change it. It may sometimes be unavailable, for example for maintenance or because a provider we rely on is down. We'll tell businesses ahead of a change that takes away a feature their plan includes.

Liability

As far as the law allows, TruePlinth is provided as it is, and our liability for any claim about it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit or the cost of materials cut to a wrong size. Nothing in these terms limits a right the law doesn't let us limit, including your rights as a consumer.

Ending

You can stop using TruePlinth at any time; a business can cancel its plan and it runs to the end of the period already paid. We may close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why and giving you a chance to download your designs, unless the law or safety requires otherwise.

Changes, law and contact

  • If we change these terms we'll show the new date at the top and, for a change that matters, tell account holders before it applies.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel decide disputes about them, without taking away a consumer's right to go to the courts where they live.
  • Questions about these terms: write to us through the contact details on the about page.

Ask through the demo form and we'll answer by email.
