Questions about paying
Who sends the invoice?
When payments open, Paddle, our payment provider, sells on our behalf: it charges the card, adds the right tax, and sends the receipt or invoice.
Can a business cancel?
Yes, at any time. The plan runs to the end of the month already paid.
Do you give refunds?
The terms will set out refunds before payments open. Until then nobody is charged.
What happens to our designs when a license ends?
After the paid month there are a few days of grace, then the account is read only for 30 days: everything can be opened and downloaded. Then it's on hold, and nothing is deleted without asking.
We need more people than the plan has.
Ask us: extra seats can be added to any business plan.
