The documents

Security

  • The data is stored in the European Union (Ireland) and travels encrypted.
  • Each business's data is kept apart by the database's own rules, which are tested automatically on every change we make.
  • Passwords are kept as one-way hashes; anyone can add a second sign-in step with an authenticator app; an account is signed in on a limited number of devices, and can be signed out everywhere.
  • Important actions are logged; the public pages limit how often they can be called.
  • The database is backed up every night, encrypted, and the copies are kept seven days.
  • If something goes wrong that affects your data, we tell you, and the authority, as the law requires.

AI on your device

Finding the doors, windows and points in a wall's photo runs on your device: the photo isn't sent anywhere for it. We don't use your designs, photos or clients' details to train any model.

What changed

  • 28 October 2026: every document rewritten for sign-up open to all, plans by the month or the year, sign-in with Google and Microsoft, a second sign-in step, measuring only with consent, downloading and deleting an account, and stronger proof of a quote's approval; the data processing addendum, the processors, the cookie policy and cancelling a purchase added; all of them in English, Hebrew, Russian and Arabic.
